Brivo Room ASTRO LED behavior

Outside

  • Green when available
  • Red when in use
  • Blue at about 15 minutes from the end of the reservation
  • Yellow when available, but a reservation starts in 15 min or less

Inside

  • Blue when available
  • Green when in use
  • Yellow when about 15 minutes from end of reservation
  • Red at about 5 minutes from end

Getting Back to "Home"

  • Double-press the power button on the back of ASTRO
  • A menu of virtual buttons will display at the bottom of the screen
  • Tapping the O will take you back home

Troubleshooting

I am not able to log into Brivo Room

  • Be sure you are using a Brivo Workplace account that has Owner and/or Manager permissions
  • You may need to Update or Reinstall Brivo Room
    • Follow the procedure to get back to "Home"
    • Open the "Play Store", search Brivo Room, and select 'Update'
    • If you are receiving an error when attempting to update, please 'Uninstall' and then 'Install' Brivo Room
